Our tours will begin in the vineyard itself, where we explain the different soils that lay throughout the field, and their effects on the wines we produce. We will teach you about the different varietals that we grow, show you the physical differences between their leaf and cluster formations, and you'll get to learn all about our picking and selection process.
You'll get to stand on the crush pad itself and see the machinery in which the wine-making process begins! We teach you the major differences between red and white wines, and the special fermentation processes used for each.
You'll see our cellars, where we age our wine, and learn about the importance of aging for a variety of wines. In the barrel room we'll explain the importance of humidity and temperature control, the exacting specifications needed in constructing wine barrels, and how the use of oak barrels affects the wine inside.
And what winery tour would be complete without a trip to the tasting room? At the final stop of the tour, you'll have the opportunity to sample our wines, and taste for yourself the importance of all we've taught you on the tour!
